Eaten here twice, 2 Celiacs and we didn’t get sick! They have dedicated area with dedicated utensils, changed gloves, fresh ingredients. Used GF bread, it’s a bit dry unless mayo/mustard/oil/vinegar. Bun didn’t fall apart, even with the leftovers the following day. I left the cheese off for DF. I did have the bacon and pickles, the second time, still ok! I’ve heard not all Jersey Mikes provide this careful prep, but this one in Richland does.
