Expensive, they have gluten-free options but the young people working there have no idea about food allergies. Shameful

Well... I have celiac and my mom and I went all exited one day because last time we went they said they had a separate area. But when we went they said the manager thought the meat might have gluten in it. I appreciate there kindness and support but we didn't eat there after all. I suggest you call ahead before going just in case.
They were super careful to wipe down everything before my sandwich was made, they all changed gloves and had the bread pre-wrapped

We were very excited to hear Jersey Mikes now offers gluten free rolls. My daughter has celiac disease and we got her a #16 Italian-mikes way, omg she loved it! We will definitely go again. Now our whole family can get sandwiches & go to the beach!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
