Unfortunately, this Jersey Mikes is not careful nor do they even know what you are talking about when you say the toppings need to come out of separate bins. I have had to walk out twice now without ordering for fear of cross contamination. Sad, there are other Jersey Mikes that are careful, search for those.

The staff happily changed their gloves and used a separate workspace so there wasn’t cross-contamination. I ended up with a migraine for the rest of the day, but I’m not sure if was from here since I’m traveling. They use Udis buns, which were dry. I’ll probably do a salad next time
Staff understands Celiac issues and made my sandwich in the back on a clean surface. I had no gluten reaction.

Extra caution and care taken preparing my sub. Cleaned slicer thoroughly and used fresh meat, cheese, and utensils. Places on seperate tray to avoid cross contamination
The sandwich’s were very good ! The staff was knowledgeable and changed washed their hands and changed gloves while preparing my sandwich . They had a separate machine for cutting the meats . The food was great and I didn’t get sick . Would return here again!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.
