Typical Mike’s. GF bread, up to a giant size sub. Bread is decent, sometimes falls apart. Staff nice enough, but once out in an order 45 min ahead and arrived to find “the bread is still thawing out”. But the 10 or so other times there wasn’t an issue. They will change gloves and clean prep space if you specify allergy.

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
