I got sick after eating here, not sure if it was gluten, food poisoning or both, but be warned.
Staff were very accommodating, and the sub was delicious!

4 stars for the actual sandwich, not the prep! So overall, their preparation is very celiac-friendly! They have a separate knife for the Udi's gluten-free subs they use, they use paper so that the bread doesn't get contaminated on their prep line, and they change their gloves. The meats and sandwich toppings are all great as well! The bread, though... It's so dense and I always find my jaw hurting from all the chewing I find myself having to do! Overall a great experience but I wish the bread was better!

After not being able to have an actual Sub in over a year, I decided to search through the restaurants on my GF app. I saw that Jersey Mike's had been added, so I got curious and googled "Jersey Mike's Gluten Free". Yes, they do have a gluten free Roll.. When I got there the young men behind the counter were very helpful and also well-trained on how to handle the food without cross contamination. The sub roll itself is very large and come individually wrapped in plastic bags. I didn't really expect much because in the past I have been highly disappointed with many types of gluten free breads. I ordered a turkey and cheese with lettuce, onions, pickles, hot peppers, mayo and vinegar. It was huge, I took it home and I really couldn't believe how good it was... and the bread actually stayed together (even though I had extra vinegar). The bread tastes pretty good and also has good texture, texture is important when it comes to gluten free bread. Although the gluten free Sub is a very good one it is also a bit more expensive than the regular bread Subs $18.97 for the Sub and two tiny bags of chips..I still say that if you have Celiac Disease like me, it's more than worth the price (and I didn't get sick). I believe the Sub Roll is made by Udi's specifically for Jersey Mike's.

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
