Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

The staff was very knowledgeable about cross-contamination with my son. They cleaned the meat slicer, put paper down while making his sub (on yummy gf sub rolls) and changed their gloves before they started all of this. Instead of using the mayo in the dish with the knife that has touched bread, they got his mayo out from the back in a squeeze bottle. We’ve eaten there 5 weeks in a row, he has not been sick once and neither have my daughter nor I (both gluten intolerant)
