Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

They were so great, when I asked for Gluten Free bun, he asked if it was for a food allergy, when I said yes, he got fresh gloves, clean knife and parchment paper, and when I asked for mayo, he asked if mayo packets would be ok, because he was concerned with the knife for the mayo having been used on other subs.

When I ordered a hot sub, they completely scrubbed and cleaned the grill before making my sandwich.

I have never had a reaction here, and I am super sensitive to gluten.

Also, some really good subs, their gluten free bread is some of the best I've had.
