This site does it's best to provide no cross contamination. The bread and meats are cut on the same equipment after a wipe down. Gloves are changed and uses an independent surface for sandwiches.

They have separate mayo containers and are willing to get fresh ingredients if asked.

Overall probably still some cross contamination but I've never gotten sick

I’ve eaten here numerous times and have never gotten sick.

They have a separate prep area for sandwiches made with their gluten-free bread. They always ask if it’s an allergy. They change gloves and seem to have been trained well. As a celiac, I have eaten here many times now, and have never gotten sick.

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
