I have had issues here in the past, but once I started asking them to use backup veggies and clean the grill when I get a hot sub, I have been fine. If you order on the app or online, make sure to call first to see if they have gf bread available. It comes to them frozen, and it only takes about 15 minutes to defrost if the have it on hand. Sometimes they are out of stock completely, so it’s always good to ask.

They were doing good with the gluten free sandwich, until they got to the lettuce & tomatoes, where they used the same ones they use with gluten bread. That’s a big cross contamination risk as they are touching gluten bread & the lettuce & tomatoes repeatedly.

The sandwich’s were very good ! The staff was knowledgeable and changed washed their hands and changed gloves while preparing my sandwich . They had a separate machine for cutting the meats . The food was great and I didn’t get sick . Would return here again!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
