The filling to gluten free ratio is off. You have to get double meat and triple sauce at least and even then you will be throwing bread away. Very good otherwise

They definitely seem to know what they’re doing. When you order, the gluten free sub rolls (Udi’s) are individually wrapped, they clean the counter and slicer, and cover the counter with paper. They also use a clean knife for everything. I can’t say this is 100% celiac safe because there’s definitely still a small risk of CC, but I’m a celiac and I’ve never gotten sick eating here. The fact they have Udi’s snickerdoodles available is an added bonus.
I was very pleased with how my GF bread was brought out and prepared. New knife, and paper on work station. Everything tasted great and didn't get sick. I'm non celiac but gluten intolerant.
I haven’t had a sub in YEARS. We went today and the first guy didn’t know much when I started asking about gluten free, but another girl immediately popped over and started teaching the young man, and/walking him through gluten free allergy procedure. Sub was expensive but oh so good! So far I have not gotten sick either!

I will say they gave their best effort. Changed gloves, wiped down everything. However it's still shared equipment and I believe CC was still in play. We dined in, took our time, and about 30 minutes after eating my son, unfortunately, got sick right there in the restaurant :( Staff was super nice to this embarrassed mama. Great subs... But I would not recommend for those with celiac disease.

Staff is knowledgeable. Udi’s roll is individually wrapped and then cut with separate knife for GF orders. Slicer was cleaned and gloves changed. Sandwich was made in front of me on parchment paper, not the cutting board. The only thing I will do different next time is ask for only one person to handle my sandwich. Overall, a very nice experience and the sandwich (turkey and provolone) was amazing!

I always get the ham and provolone. And then I do it mike’s way. The bead is very good. I love I have a place to go and finally get a sub.

Jersey mike’s Offers gluten-free bread and took every precaution to make sure my food was not cross contaminated. They Cleaned the meat slicer and got a new knife as well as put my sandwich on parchment paper to protect it from Stray crumbs. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone needing a Quick gluten free meal.
