Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

When you order Gluten free bread they ask if it is due to an allergy. Then they put on new gloves and make sure your sandwich does not come in contact with non Gluten free items. They use a different knife that is a different color. It is nice to have a sandwich I can feel good about eating. They also have Gluten free cookies. I have only tried the roast beef and have not had any ill effects.
