Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

I told them I had a severe gluten allergy and they were fantastic! They sanitized the entire work area, changed gloves, brought out a separate cutting board from the back to prepare my sandwich on, used new condiments and even had squeeze bottles for things like the Mayo so that cross-contamination was limited! They were excellent and my sub was delicious!
