Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

I have celiac and have pretty severe reactions so believe me when I say I'm cautious if I choose to eat out (which is not very often). I had heard they were carrying gf bread and REALLY wanted one as I haven't had a sub in about two years. When I went there I requested to speak with a manager as I was very skeptical. They were so nice there!! I of course asked about cross contamination; The manager explained to me that they have protocols in place to use with gf bread. They have posted instructions for the employees. They wash hands, use a fresh knife, remove the bread from a sealed package and cut it in the parchment paper. He made my sandwich himself and I definitely did not get sick! Best sandwich I've ever had. THANK you Jersey Mike's!!!!
