Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Ever since Jersey Mike’s rolled out the Udi’s bread, they changed their whole way of handing a gluten allergy. They wipe down the entire slicer with a clean wash rag and then use a different knife and mayonnaise squeeze bottle to prevent cross contamination. The bread is different than the normal GF Udi’s bread. You won’t be disappointed.
