Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

They have Udi's Gluten Free subs, and they're pretty tasty. they change gloves and wipe down counters and the deli slicer, and well as keep the bread away from the gluten filled ones. There's of course still a risk of cross contamination, but it's definitely lower than most places.
