I've been to this location several times and every time I go in I see the same consistency with how they handle a gluten allergy. It starts off from the beginning asking if it's an allergy or preference. (I have an allergy) From there, anyone that comes in contact with the gf bread, changes their gloves. They either wipe down the counter or put paper down to avoid the bread from touching the counter. I requested mayo on my sandwich, so the guy go the squirt bottle instead of using the knife. I do eat at a variety of restaurants and I will say this is one of the very few fast food restaurants that I can trust to not cross contaminate.
Yes
The sandwich’s were very good ! The staff was knowledgeable and changed washed their hands and changed gloves while preparing my sandwich . They had a separate machine for cutting the meats . The food was great and I didn’t get sick . Would return here again!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.
