The worker was very knowledgeable about cross contamination. He cleaned off the meat slicer, changed his gloves, and made sure the other worker didn’t touch anything on the line while he was working on the sandwich. It felt very safe and my husband had no reaction afterwards. We would definitely eat here again. The GF bread is Udi’s brand by the way.
