Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Just discovered that Jersey Mike’s has gluten free bread. It’s Udi’s bread. They wipe down the counter, cover it in fresh paper, change gloves, wipe down the slicer, use a separate knife, and use Mayo from a squeeze bottle rather than the spreader used for regular subs. I’m not sure about toppings because they are reaching into the same bins but I was happy with their process!
