This is the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to in terms of GF protocols! They made my sandwich in the back in a special gluten free area, changed gloves, and wiped everything down. Their GF bread is not refrigerated so it is softer than usual. Delicious and I did not get sick. The employees take great care!
Excellent workers. Knowledgeable about GF. Asked about if I was eating for allergy and cleaned the area before doing mine. I got the chicken philly and it was very good. For GF bread it wasn’t too shabby. They also carry Udis cookies which is fun!
They will clean the grill, change gloves, wipe down counters and keep your sandwich on paper the whole time in case they missed anything when they wiped down.

Gotten multiple subs here and never had any issues. There is a separate prep area for gf and they make sure to change gloves and wipe surfaces as necessary. Love their options!!!
We ordered four sandwiches, one GF. We received three in white paper and one in brown, no other labeling. My Celiac daughter ate several bites of her sandwich in brown wrapping before I realized it was regular bread. I went up to the counter to ask about labeling, and the manager said they don’t label but they would talk to corporate about that??!!
Ordered the gluten free bread and asked if it was preference or allergy. I told them it was allergy and they were awesome. Whole sandwich was made separately from their normal area. No reaction and great sandwich! Would recommend to get your sub fix.
Sandwich was decent but gf is expensive getting a Sandwich.
I love Jersey Mikes. The Udi’s gluten free bread leaves a bit to be desired (it gets soggy easily and breaks apart easily) but I do love it either way.
