Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Just ate there recently, having found out that they offer udi’s. They used a new, clean knife, put down clean paper, and prepared the sandwich from the general condiments. I say 4/5 because I didn’t get sick from cross contamination but there is a risk with the shared condiments (lettuce, tomato, etc).
