The employee that took my order changed gloves, cleaned the grill, and handled only my order to completion! My only criticism is the gluten-free bread was a little too dry and cracked when I was trying to eat, but it still beats a lettuce wrap anyday!

Gluten-free rolls in two sizes! The sandwich maker changed gloves, cleaned the grill and took just my order to completion. Five stars for safety! The bun was a little dry for my taste, but that's probably just preference. Overall good sandwich.

Jersey mikes is the only sub place I will go since my Celiac diagnosis. It’s a line order so you can watch as they make your food. They have a gluten free roll (that comes separately package, you watch them open) you and for and they will confirm whether it is preference or allergen. Allergen they will clean the full station and keep your food separate. I love that I know this is a chain restaurant that is serious about the gf safe. I feel good about going to any location!

It’s hard to completely eliminate cross contamination in any restaurant that you walk into, but Jersey Mikes did a great job. When I told them that I had a gluten allergy they took several precautions right away. They cleaned the counter, replaced the cutting board, got new utensils, washed their hands, and changed gloves. They have packaged gluten free buns. They also have prepackaged gluten free sweet treats. I enjoyed my food and have had no reactions.
