Jersey Mike's Subs

I have eaten at Jersey Mikes El Dorado and Jersey Mikes Fairmont Pasadena. Both have always asked me if I have an allergy or diet preference. They always make sure to clean and wipe down their counters, change their gloves and clean their utensils before making my gluten free sandwich. I haven't had an issue here. I love their philly cheese steak sandwich.

The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. They have a separate prep area for GF. The Udi’s GF bread is awesome. It comes in a sealed plastic wrap to ensure no cross contamination. They treated me like any other customer. Having to order GF was no big deal to them.

Udi Sub rolls in reg (6”) or Giant (12”). Good selection of sandwiches, all except meatball and chicken parm. They made sandwiches in a separate prep area, change gloves (ask to make sure) and wrapped separately. I would think you can’t get them hot though, as they put bread on grill with meats. Nice to have a safe sub choice!

The sandwich’s were very good ! The staff was knowledgeable and changed washed their hands and changed gloves while preparing my sandwich . They had a separate machine for cutting the meats . The food was great and I didn’t get sick . Would return here again!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
