This was one of the best experiences I’ve had gluten free. All four workers were excellent. They were polite, fun, kind, and they all cleaned their stations with a smile! I was super impressed!!

Stopped in at 12:30 and their GF bread was still frozen but I could have “the same thing” in a bowl.

How you're treated really depends on who's working. I've had people be super nice, change gloves, use a separate tray for prepping the gluten free sandwich, etc. On the flip side one employee (middle aged guy with white in his beard) be very rude regarding verifying ingredients in items because "it's all listed online." Mind you, there was no one else in the store and he had the containers right in front of him... They have gluten free bread available, but how you're treated might be a gamble.

The sandwich’s were very good ! The staff was knowledgeable and changed washed their hands and changed gloves while preparing my sandwich . They had a separate machine for cutting the meats . The food was great and I didn’t get sick . Would return here again!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.
