He asked if gluten-free was an allergy or a preference, and when I said allergy he used fresh gloves and a tray with its own knife to make mine. Great service- but it was super busy Saturday morning at 10:30 am - I left and returned at 3:30 when the line was very short.

Great option for GF sandwich. Hit or miss as far a cross contamination goes. Most servers very careful but a few need to be reminded. My go to for a quick GF option in term 2 at LAX

It was like eating a sandwich on croutons.

Staff was amazing! They completely cleaned the prep area. They all changed their gloves and they’ll have great Udi’s rolls to make rhe sandwich. Will go again ASAP

Good experience with celiac. They changed gloves, wiped down the station had a separate knife and space for gluten free. No reaction but had a great sandwich!

I went in nervous since I’m still new to having celiac disease so I asked for gluten free bread I was then asked if I had a gluten allergy I said yes and all of the workers changed their gloves and it was a super happy moment for me not feeling like a huge burden.

Staff is 12/10 for safety and hospitality. They knew EXACTLY what to do - down to the detail.

I’m visiting from the northeast and was surprised to see a Jersey Mikes down here. JMs is always tough because of the crumbs flying everywhere but in a pinch we risk it. Can I tell you this was THE CLEANEST JM we’ve been to? Before I could even say the free in Gluten Free everyone’s gloves were flying off to be changed, the surfaces wiped down, and a protective wrapper laid down. Very impressed with the cleanliness. When I reminded them to please use a clean knife, I was told, “Absolutely, we have a whole protocol for it.” All in all impressed with knowledge and safety. I can’t give 5 hearts bc gluten crumbs are inevitable but otherwise a solid 4.
