Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

The food was outstanding! He wiped a the surface, washed his hands, changed gloves, placed paper on surface, used a clean knife in am area away from other breads. He made my sub completely before starting on my husband's regular gluten full sub. I had no issues, did not have any reactions. He went out of his way to prevent cross contamination.
