I told them I have Celiac and they were very nice, explained about the gf bread, the prep area, and changed gloves. Good sandwiches!

I called ahead of time to ask them what their procedure was for their gluten-free sandwiches they asked if it was for an allergy or not and I told them it was for celiac they were happy to answer any questions I had. when we got to the shop the manager personally made her sandwich had everybody else step back from the line and did not allow any other sandwiches to be made until my daughter's was wrapped and bagged. they cut her fresh tomato and they use meat and cheese that had not been previously on the slicer. all the condiments for the gluten-free sandwiches are in squeeze bottles and they have separate knives they use only for the gluten free. all in all we had a very good experience

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
