They took extra precaution. They wiped down the meat and cheese slicer. They wiped down the counter. The gluten-free bread was wrapped in its own sealed package. They got a new knife. They even have a gluten-free mayonnaise. Be careful because the mayonnaise they typically is not gluten free. The manager saw the preparer putting the regular mayonnaise on my bread and he stopped her and threw it away and made her get a new package of bread with a gluten-free mayonnaise. He even apologized that it was taking so long because he wanted to make sure it was properly done.
