They broke down for me how careful they are about the slicer (cleaning it thoroughly, even though chance for cross contamination there is slim to none). They “clean the griddle” for hot sandwiches - I took a chance but would not again, since your results will depend on who is cleaning it. Sandwich was good, bread was Udies, 10/10 would try again, but stick to cold sandwiches
