Jersey Mike's Subs

I have heard good things about Jersey Mike’s on all the GF blogs. So I got excited when one opened up near my work. I got a roast beef and provolone sandwich. Regular. It was huge, the bread is UDI’s brand and it was good without it being heated up. And they did all the correct procedures for someone with an allergy. They have a different station for all the condiments and you can ask to get new veggies.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
