Very knowledgeable about gluten contamination. They have a separate area/line for gluten free sandwiches. Have gf bread and packaged gf cookies as well. Chips that are gf too.

They do a great job avoiding cross contamination. Great gluten free sandwich.

Very careful about cross contamination.

They took special precautions to prepare the sandwich and bread comes in plastic wrap prior to ordering. Very impressed.

The person taking my order for a sandwich on gluten-free bread mentioned that they would make it in back, so I quickly told him that I wasn’t celiac and it wasn’t necessary to prepare it differently. He responded that they had to follow protocol which included changing gloves, etc.

They just rolled out a gluten free bread option! I thought it tasted pretty good. The #43 was a little messy but that's okay with me!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.

Jersey Mike’s is the only sub chain I trust to eat food from. They clean all equipment, change gloves, and get toppings from the back for my sandwich on gluten free udis sub. They have gluten free packaged snickerdoodles for dessert.
