Service was great, sub was even better! The person taking my order asked if it was a allergy or preference and politely told me it would be just a few extra minutes so he could clean all of the equipment before making my sandwich. They didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience, just like any other customer. I saw another woman clean a different station, change gloves, then prepare my sandwich at a completely different station from normal sub prep. It really was very quick overall. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the gluten free bread, but gluten free bread will never be perfect. It was fresh and delicious for a gluten free bun!

Gluten Free/Non Celiac. No troubles. Watched staff make food, staff had to have little correction but none the less everything was perfect.

The bread can be a bit dry as Udi’s usually is but so nice to be able to get a sub! I have missed this place and can eat there again. They clean everything and are really careful.

Tried their new gluten free subs. Was super excited to have a sub after 10+ years. they did an awesome job of trying to eliminate cross contamination. Cleaned the meat slicer. changed gloves multiple times. used separate cutting board and knife. I was very impressed and the sub was awesome!

They have an Udi’s pre-wrapped roll. They change gloves, are very careful with the wax paper, have a dedicated knife, squeeze bottle for mayo, and will either wipe down everything or make your sandwich in the back where no bread is prepared (ask backroom preparation for Celiac). Very patient. Eaten there many times will no reaction.

When the staff found out it was my daughter’s very first sub (who has Celiac) they went all out!! Wiped down the machine used to cut the meat, very careful about changing gloves, using fresh produce. We will definitely be back!!

Have eaten here 3 times in past month with no problems. Got pepperoni and provolone on GF bread, “Mike’s Way” which means with oil/vinegar and spices. Staff changes gloves and cuts meat/cheese on dedicated cutter. But they do take lettuce, tomato and onion from containers they are grabbing out of when making wheat sandwiches which could result in trace amount of cross contamination. I get extra oil/vinegar as bread is a little dry. I have not gotten sick and it is nice to have sandwich option.

First time here and (I think) the manager assured me my options will be safe and even gave me a gf cookie! Bread and cookie are Udis brand. She also gave us free sub coupons! Very kind. Will be back for sure!

Nothing but positive experiences here. When my husband walks in the staff get out the special cutting board and gloves. They are careful and it is such a welcome treat to be able to walk into a regular sub shop!

This is a gamble If you’re truly celiac, and not gluten sensitive. I had a reaction 1 time, and 1 time I did not. Gluten sensitive may be ok. I’d assume there was cross contamination somewhere with my order.

Had a cheesesteak with no problems. Let them know that there is a gluten allergy and that it's not just a preference. The GF roll for the sub was much better than anticipated!

I haven’t had a sub in a long and boy have they changed! The bread is soft and not dry like it used to be. They asked me if it was an allergy or preference and when I said allergy they wiped down the counters and the meat slicer, changed gloves, and kept my sub on the sandwich paper the whole time. Maybe not 100% certainty but they certainly did their best!

They offer Udi’s Gluten Free bread. They asked if I had a gluten allergy and because of that they then made my sandwich in the back where it wouldn’t be contaminated with their regular line. I really enjoyed my turkey sub sandwich! And I will be back. They also offered prepackaged gluten-free cookies but I didn’t have one on my first visit.

I went in for the first time today. I didn’t get anything because they said they couldn’t get fresh veggies from the back, even when I said it could be cross contact regardless of them changing gloves. It’s unfortunate, because other locations are very accommodating.

When I went there I was kind of concerned because there was only three young boys working but everything turned out amazingly they all knew what cross-contamination was they all knew to change their gloves when handling my food and I’ve had no issue I will gladly go back

I am SO impressed with this place. When I asked for gluten free they asked if it was for allergy and stopped, wiped everything down, changed their gloves and had separate squeeze bottles for sauces. I’m blown away! The gluten free sub roll was awesome and the food was delicious.

My daughter (Celiac) and myself went last week. They asked right away if it was an allergy or not. They preceded to a separate cutting station and separate condiments for her sub. They did a great job. Will be back!

We ordered a sub on the gluten free bun. We were asked if it was for an allergy and said yes (Celiacs). They made the sub in a separate area so there wouldn’t be cross contamination. The Udi’s bun was really good too!

Awesome!! Got a giant for $20 but it was worth it ! They changed their gloves and cleaned the knives and address they were preparing on! Shared with someone who isn't gluten free and they loved it too!

Love this place. Was recommended by a gluten-sensitive friend and I took a chance. Gluten free sub rolls by Udi are kept in a separate place from the tradtional wheat rolls. They wipe down the work area and put down a fresh piece of wrapping paper. I've been several times now and no issues. Highly recommend!

For a chain sandwich place, I have to give credit where it is due for the great staff.... especially the manager. They do have a dedicated space for gluten free sandwiches and take the time to change gloves, use dedicated utensils, etc. I’ve never had an issue from eating there. Because they do have a dedicated space and are crowded during peak hours, I would recommend calling and ordering ahead of time. I’ve always felt bad when they have to send one of their staff off to make me a sandwich when they need them on the line for their regular customers. Food is good... but their amazing manager who goes out of his way for me, gave them an extra star.

I didn’t see any mention of gluten free bread so I would have assumed there was nothing for me but I heard about it by word of mouth. They have gluten free bread that was wrapped separately. When I asked for it, everyone on the line washed their hands, changed their gloves and wiped down all surfaces. Then they pulled out a new knife and made my sub. It was nice to have a club sandwich again! To top it off, they had gluten free cookies.

Very friendly and knowledgeable! Prepared our food with a seperate slicer and in a different area. Food was great so many options for gluten free. Will definitely go back when we travel through GA again!

I go here a lot with my family, and we can get the gluten free Udis sub bread. We do not have celiac disease, but they ask in case they need to wash down the grill to prevent cross-contamination. I recommend this place to my friends, and they can eat there, too. 😊

They have UDI’s gluten free sub rolls that are individually wrapped and are separate. When I ordered my sub the made it in a separate area to avoid cross contamination.
