Dedicated gf utensils, everything is cleaned before a gf sandwich is prepared. Precautions are taken to prevent cross contamination.

They did a good job of following their protocol and made sure everyone along the assembly line knew how to handle our orders.

Staff change gloves and use separate utensils and cutting boards if you let them know it's an allergy and not a preference (they ask you which it is). Have not gotten sick from contamination yet because they are so careful about it.

the workers are so nice and made sure to wipe everything down before they made my sandwich. highly recommend this location!

The staff was awesome! Greeted us when we came in and were super knowledgeable about celiac and their allergy protocols. When they were making our food i could hear them talking about extra careful cleaning and changing gloves. Made me feel so safe! Love this place and my sub was great too.

I got sick almost immediately after eating here. I told them it was an allergy and they used gloves and gluten free bread but something else didn’t click

Did an excellent job of preparing my sandwich to avoid cross contamination!

Hit or miss on CC. They clean the slicer when you ask for GF. They use a separate knife and cutting board for the GF bread. But sometimes will use the same toppings from the regular subs so use their hands for lettuce from the same tub that others used while making regular subs.
Went twice, small gluten reaction the second time from CC.
Food was delicious.
