Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

The ladies there were GREAT! Changed gloves, got the GF bread out, used a clean, different knive to cut it. They used a squirting bottle for the mayo (not slapped on with same spreader as others do), got fresh veggies from the back not handled yet. They really get it and understand how to help celiac. The bread was good and not fall apart and dry like most other places.
