Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

We asked for Gluten Free bread, and they asked us if it was a preference or an allergy. When we told them it was an allergy, they took great care preventing cross-contamination. The slicer was wiped and sanitized. Paper was laid down on the counter. Special knives were used. They really looked out for us.
