They use CAPUTO flour, deep dish pizza. It's delicious! Spoke with the owner and he is VERY educated on celiac and cross contamination. Waitress was very knowledgeable as well. So excited to find this place. So so good.

The gluten free pizza tastes just like Sicilian reg pizza. And they have options of toppings. Waitress was knowledgeable as she came over and said the French fries we ordered were not in a separate fryer
