Jerusalem Shawarma

I stopped here April 2024 for 2 Chicken Shawarma plates. I have eaten at other locations before and had no issues with the staff identifying gluten free options. When i placed my order at the counter i repeatedly asked and double checked it could be done Gluten free. The staff member at the cash confirmed each time. When i got home they put Fatouch salad in with everything else. The salad contains large pieces of fried pita bread. My meal is now inedible and the plate cost $18.95 + tax.
