Jethro's BBQ

Good food. Have tried their GF menu multiple times, unfortunately still have trouble with their food.

Jethro’s has an extensive gluten-free menu. The brisket, sausage, pulled pork, etc. are all gluten-free. Jethro’s lacks in gluten-free side options. The sauces with “State” names are gluten-free. The portions are also not that big, and quite expensive.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

If eating at any of the Jethro's, definitely go with the gluten free meat dishes. Make sure to clarify about the different sauces. The meats are amazing as are many of the side dishes. Would not recommend a salad from here if you really want something tasty.

Lots of choices on the GF menu. Staff very knowledgable. Wings are baked not fried as they do not have a dedicated fryer. I had ham, turkey, brisket, ribs and pulled chicken. Most sauces are GF. Great place!!

Will tell you wings are gf but no dedicated fryer. not a place for celiac. They don't get it.

Good GF menu. Used to have Omission beer but now only Angry Orchard.
