Ate wings off their gluten free menu and got sick for a whole day. I even specified that I needed it to be gluten free. The wings weren’t even good...

Used to do great gf but don’t do gf anymore for some reason. Don’t have a way to safely prepare food now.

Good food. Have tried their GF menu multiple times, unfortunately still have trouble with their food.
Dedicated GF menu but very small. A couple hamburgers, wings, salads and steak chili. Most sauces and dressings are GF. The mushroom & gouda burger was aweaome! Remind your waiter you're ordering off the GF menu. Ours forgot and had to remake my burger with no bun. The mustard potato salad was my fav. All sides are homemade and about 5 or 6 to choose from.

Jethro’s has an extensive gluten-free menu. The brisket, sausage, pulled pork, etc. are all gluten-free. Jethro’s lacks in gluten-free side options. The sauces with “State” names are gluten-free. The portions are also not that big, and quite expensive.

This location has a gluten-free menu but doesn't seem as extensive of a menu as the Ankeny location. The brisket meat was very fatty. This location also had a very limited selection of gluten-free sides. Overall I was accommodated and did not get sick though.
