Review of Jibaro's Borinquen Rest

The mero (grouper) comes in a variety of ways. I requested the butter garlic to be on the side, but I barely used it. It was delicious the way it came and the lightness of the fish was refreshing on a hot day. I didn't enjoy the whip cream on the Virgin Pina Colada. Wish I knew it was topped with it, so I could request not to have it.
