You can’t beat Jilly’s! They are a completely gluten free restaurant (excluding the bar), and have a good variety to their menu. Jilly’s offers live music, outdoor seating, and are right near downtown akron, the Cuyahoga Valley railroad, and Northside district! I wish this place got busier it is truly a hidden gem. I’ve had both brunch and dinner, each time the servers are friendly, efficient, and we enjoy our meals. Offering mobile ordering is wonderful. Also a plus that they have a full service bar so you can enjoy a cocktail or mimosa for brunch. I’d love to see the community support them more! Please go to Jilly’s you won’t be disappointed

Jilly’s Music Room (est. 2013) is a live music and entertainment venue located in the Northside District of downtown Akron, Ohio. We feature original bands (local/regional/national) in a variety of genres, including: Blues, R&B, Rock, Indie, Pop, Singer/Songwriter, Americana, and Alt-Country, stand-up comedy and other entertainment at least four nights a week. Sophisticated without being pretentious, Jilly’s has a full-service kitchen offering an eclectic, 100% gluten free small plates menu and weekend brunch, table service, craft cocktails, more than 100 beers, a plethora of AF & GF options, state of the art sound and light system, professional engineering and production staff, and exceptional service.

Delicious food and the whole menu is gluten-free. Love this place. Cheesesticks, onion rings, flat breads, plus other small plates. Very dark, bar atmosphere though. which is fine for drinks late at night. But I wish it was more restaurant like earlier in the day. But, it is a bar, so.

Everything gluten free! I had onion rings, Mozzarella sticks, loaded fries, and chicken salar or something. All of it was great and absolutely no reaction

Amazing! Everything on the menu is Gluten Free…need I say more. I can’t remember the last time I had fried cheese sticks, especially at a restaurant! I will be going back time and time again. Street tacos and flatbread were great.

The food, service, and music at Jillys are always incredible. It’s so cool to be able to take a group of friends out for great food, super cool venue, and a great time. Plus to have the entire menu available to eat, while everyone else loves the food too! They wouldn’t even know it’s gluten free if you didn’t tell them. Just a phenomenal place for a group night out… gluten free or not.

We stopped into Jilly’s Music Room for brunch today and absolutely love this place! The fact that they are fully Gluten free is a huge plus so we do not need to worry about any ingredients in this restaurant. Highly recommend the monte cristo as it was full of flavor! The service was fantastic as always and we will definitely be coming back for brunch again.

Wow! What a great find. Thrilled to see the brunch and dinner menu options. I enjoyed a fantastic bagel, best I’ve had in years with mango chutney. We also tried a hash brown thing (wouldn’t recommend, a bit soggy), and a cinnamon bun. Daughter had chicken wings and they were great as well. Nothing out of the ordinary for GF chicken.
Just so awesome to see the food that was coming out and knowing it was GF. We’ll for sure be back. Hard for me to give five stars since most items we had weren’t actually made there, just provided.

Was in the area unexpectedly, looked on the GF app. When it said 100% GF knew we had to try it! Great atmosphere, the food was great! Staff was great! Nice to look at the menu and be able to order anything! We live an hour and half but will be back for sure!

Duck me up this is the best place ever. Live music is on point. Drink options are great- lots of variety in gluten free beer. Food is SPECTACULAR. A bit of a wait for food but you don't even notice when you are listening to bomb music and enjoying a drink. 20/10

Not good! You must know that allergic not only gluten but I am allergic to Dairy, Nuts! But also coco butter,coconut,molds, mushrooms and I miss this on my pizza . I ordered onion ring and discussed Dairy cannot touch my food . I went to restroom came back to my table and waitress had brought to my table my husband must have reminded her to take it back this is when I came back and watched as the cook removed a cheese dipping sauce I thought since it was on plate in ramkin might not have contaminated food but past experience I knew better ; I am the 2% of the population they write on lables of food that warn consumer that any can become sick and it always happen the next could’t get out of bed sensitivities affect my muscles tried to get out of bed to much pain headache , and nausea , but I do have the enemy pill at home. I felt better after taking pills . Kitchen is not clean, and the tables never wiped. Jilly’s isn’t Gluten free alcohol ingredient is gluten and also mixes for drinks some carbonated soft drinks also I can tolerate Coke from fountain. But not pop that list ingredients High Fructose and next ingredient is Corn Syrup which is Cornstarch has gluten . We always buy Mexican Coke in bottles . Taste is better sorry for a long review. The only things you can get with wheat are beer and one of the desserts. It’s amazing to be able to eat onion rings and fried cheese sticks.

We stumbled on this place when driving through Akron and it was the best surprise! It’s essentially fancy bar food but the dishes are so much more well though out than traditional bar food - great flavor combos and everything was delicious! What a treat to have gluten free everything - onion rings, pizzas, chicken wings! I’m very sensitive and I did not get sick- would absolutely eat here again.
My wife is a hyper sensitive celiac and this this the place to be. Absolutely no concerns, 100% GF on everything except root beer floats. If you struggle finding a worry free place go here for sure. Seriously she had cheese sticks, wings, flatbread pizza, etc. plus their specialty drinks are legit
We had a great meal at Jilly's. So comforting to know everything is 100% gluten free! We had a slider trio and the hummus plate. Both were fabulous. We have never had better get bread anywhere! GF beer and a beautiful cucumber lime cocktail capped off the perfect meal. Server and owner and chef were friendly and personable. We came too early for music but would have loved to check that out, too! Go to Jilly's, you will be so happy!

Totally gluten free kitchen. Never had an issue. Recommend firecracker shrimp and wings. The only downside is appetizer portions and kitchen is a bit slower. Love the weekend brunch: amazing chicken and waffles
