I’m not sure about the other locations, but their menu is VERY misleading. They have the GF tag on the wings (but its apparently for the sauce, NOT the wings). For their Mac N Cheese, its marked GF for their catering but not on the regular sides.
Anyways, I made the mistake of ordering the wings b/c the tag was there (again, its for the sauce). When i looked up the nutrition list online, it has Wheat and Gluten marked for the wings. I see this AFTER eating them.
So fast forward 12 hrs….I ended up in the ER with uncontrolled vomiting. Got admitted. It wasn’t until 5 days after eating there that I could eat again. So, we are thinking I not only got glutened, I got food poisoning as well. I was the only one to have the wings and the only one who got sick.

I went inside to review the menu and place a “to go” order in person. Their allergen list was exceptionally helpful and the server that took my order understood the importance of marking the order “gluten free”. She also alerted the kitchen of the order. I had the brisket, baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad and BBQ sauce; and did not experience any ill effects. I strongly recommend them for a great southern BBQ meal!

YUMMY FOOD! I kind of figured out what I could have. Server was VERY nice and understanding. I got the pulled pork nachos with no BBQ sauce on the pork. They were devine! Nice portions. Would definitely recommend to those with Celiac Disease. I have Celiac and didn't get sick or feel bad.

Server was able to check on ingredients in sauce. There isn't a gf option. I said no sauce, but my pork bbq came out with sauce. Had to send it back. Fries were good, but no vege option as only the black eye peas worked for me and they only have on certain days. Bummer! Food was not hot and BBQ had little flavor. Don't think I would choose to go back.

Large number of options. Good food.
I always get the chicken with a side of baked beans or fries. Make sure to tell the staff that you are gluten free. The manager is very knowledgable about gluten free.

Wings (my favorite) will take your mouth to heaven! BBQ is great too. Beware of football sized stuffed potatoes. They are large and in charge, delicious. Lots of choices. Great food from a chain started in Birmingham, my old stomping grounds. I'm glad they made it up to Nashville.

A very nice find. Our waitress Bethany was very sweet and helped us choose so we could sample multiple items on the GF menu. Unfortunately our dinners came out before our salads which was weird. My husband and I started to eat but the food wasn't hot at all. We didn't see our waitress and my husband got up to look for her and saw she was bringing out our salads. We told her the food wasn't hot and she was very troubled with this and took the plates away. The salads were quite good, different kinds of greens, just enough cheese, big pieces of real bacon bits and almonds. The 1000 Island Dressing (GF) was yummy. Our dinners returned with new food which was piping hot. The waitress also had the manager come over and he was very apologetic. The only thing I didn't care for was the smoked chicken served off the bone. Because this was our first time there they provide a complementary dessert. No GF desserts :( My husband got pecan pie (it looked heavenly and he tried to down-play it but I knew it was good). The waitress was apologetic that there wasn't a GF dessert. I'm used to that and was pretty full so it was okay. Very good service and good food.

If you are craving french fries I recommend Jim and Nick's.
