Delicious BBQ meats. Had lean Brisket with Brisket Chile. Main menu clearly indicates what is or can be prepared GF. The cornbread is not GF so ask server to not garnish your plate with cornbread.

I was hopeful to get a new restaurant that had “gluten friendly” options, but sadly I had a reaction here. I’m not celiac but still pretty sensitive to gluten. I ordered the Brisket Chili and Coleslaw. When I asked to have “gluten allergy” placed on the order for the kitchen to be aware, they didn’t seem to know how to handle this request. The customer service was great and everyone was very nice, but would not recommend going if you have a gluten intolerance or sensitivity. ☹

This place is great - Gluten free are marked on the menu. They also have a warning in the menu that the GF items are prepared in a kitchen shared with wheat and cross contamination could occur.
The waitstaff is knowledge able and the kitchen worked with us.

Celiac here. Menu was marked- yay! So much gluten free. Had the turkey, white bbq sauce, potato salad and collard greens. Best bbq I’ve had. Very attentive and nice wait staff. Recommend!

My husband really loves barbecue, and with this location having gluten-free items displayed on their menu; I thought we would try this place. I noticed that they have outside seating and a bar inside. They bring cheese muffins out when you are seated. I ordered 2 appetizers, a soup and salad, and a potatoe. For some reason, all the food came out at once while I had sat waiting, watching my husband eat the yummy biscuits that I couldn't eat. The food was delicious, but I was frustrated that they brought all the food out at once and didn't even bring the appetizers out as the appetizer. Next time I am in Hiram, we will try this again and maybe I will get to try the barbecue.

Staff was very knowledgeable about celiac. They helped me navigate the menu and even brought the manager out to ensure the food I ordered was prepared safely.
I had fried catfish that was coated in cornmeal and prepared in a dedicated fryer. They even agreed to prepare my french fries in the same fryer to ensure they were safe! I will be going back very soon!
