Review of Jimbo's Rock & Blues Cafe St. Martin

When asking my waitress for corn tortillas vs the flour listed on the menu, she immediately asked me if I was Celiac and let me know the chips were fried in a on fryer with the wheat. She was very helpful on the rest of the menu, which was gluten free outside of the flour tortillas.
