Wonderful establishment! They said everything is made with rice flour except the bread and baked clams and some desserts. It's very gluten-free friendly
Our server was very knowledgeable about what items were or could be modified gluten free. In the middle of taking our order he went to check with the chef because he was not 100% sure. He was able to help me find an appetizer, entree, and dessert and when each dish was delivered it was confirmed gluten free. One of the better handlings of my Celiac at a place without a gluten free menu.
