Review of Jimmy John's

Couldn't find anything open on New Year's day in Tampa. Thought I would see if Jimmy John's had any GF options. First gal was clueless, 2nd one offered the Unwich, lettuce wrap instead of a bread roll. OK, what is in the "tasty sauce" on the Totally Tuna, is it GF? More blank stares. Finally the "manager?" said oil, vinegar and salt. OK, give me the Totally Tuna Unwich. They proceed to plop the lettuce directly on the counter where they are cutting bread. I just rolled my eyes, fortified myself with GlutenX, and went for it. Will know soon. If you are full blown Celiac, avoid this place like the plague!
