This seemed to be one of the best places for GF kid food in the area since they had GF pasta (penne). Unfortunately our waitress seemed blasé about ensuring the safety of our food. The gf pasta came out unmarked, & when I asked her if it was indeed GF she casually nodded “yeah” while walking away— seemed to be too busy to be bothered, or to not appreciate the importance of the question. We do think it was GF, as it had slightly diff color and texture from their other pasta, but I would have felt better if the waitress had seemed to take our concerns more seriously. (Our kids have silent celiac so can’t tell by whether or not they have symptoms)
