Jimmy The Greek

I never considered Jimmy the Greek would even be safe but after hearing some good things I looked up the allergen guide to find out almost everything was gluten free, the only risk comes from cross contamination. We decided to go ask about how much they know about preventing cross contamination and they were super knowledgeable. They called the manager up who explained that the souvlaki and pitas are cooked on the same grill but it’s cleaned thoroughly between uses. I considered risking it but I’m very sensitive and traveling so I didn’t know what to do when the manager suggested that I get the roasted chicken instead which is roasted separately from any gluten. Without asking they even grabbed all the tongs and washed them! It was delicious and will definitely get again!
