Everything is made in house. Entire menu is gluten free except for Mac & cheese, cornbread and buns. Gloves are changed for every order. The beans are the best I've ever eaten.

Didn't try the ribs (yet) but the handwashing sink in the dining room tells me they're probably fantastic.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable le. Everything on menu is gf, except cornbread and Mac and cheese!

4 stars only because brisket was extremely fatty, like more than half of the slice was fatty, and wish they would have had sauce choices, if they had them, we weren’t asked.

Celiac friendly?

We get take-out from here frequently, especially for large family gatherings. The food is reliably great and they substitute extra sides when skipping the gluten-cornbread and rolls. Celiac daughter has never been sick and loves it. Ribs, pulled pork, brisket and chicken are all good. Love the mashed sweet potatoes but the greens are too spicy for our tastes.
