I've eaten there only once, and never again. I narrowly escaped getting majorly glutened, only because the waitress was incredibly knowledgeable and cautious about gluten-free and because I noticed that the bun didn't look like an Udi. She genuinely seemed angry that the cook didn't follow precautions, and she made things better. Still, not worth it.

Staff has no clue about gluten free. No menu. Was told “we have a lot of gluten around here”. When I ordered a rueben without bread our server came back and said that they do have GF buns. Udi’s. Order my sandwich with the Udi’s bun and a side salad. Salad came out with a breadstick on top. I sent it back and said try again. Server was very kind just clueless. I’m not celiac only gluten sensitive, but would not recommend .

The staff is friendly but very unclear about GF, only gf is the udi’s bun, shared grill. Still asked if I wanted fries or bread stick with my salad. Just be aware.
