I’m perplexed. Why have gluten free noodles if you’re boiling them in the same water as the gluten noddles?? I was not brave enough to try. Beware.

Okay for gluten free noodles, these were incredible and way better than your average flakey gluten free rice noodles. That being said, the overall flavor is pretty bland. A lot of food for what you pay for and good broth. The waiter did notify me that the gluten free noodles were cooked in the same noodle cooker as the regular noodles. That being said, I didn’t have a problem.
